Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was like a dream come true. The rooms were huge with a walk-in closet, segregated bathroom, sitting area, and lounge chairs on the 'deck' outside, opening up to a garden overlooking the Andes - truly a magical experience. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the daily breakfast is delicious, the staff is incredibly helpful and sincere, making you never want to leave. However, some staff members lacked guidance knowledge for Machu Picchu tours.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were like luxurious suites, complete with bathrobes, slippers, and a huge tub. The only downside was the lack of adequate lighting for reading. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to assist with anything I needed. The location was ideal, nestled by the Urubamba River and offering a serene setting to explore the Sacred Valley. The dining experience was a culinary delight, with a lavish buffet of gluten-free options and fresh juices. Overall, a remarkable experience with a few minor room lighting issues.
Staying at this hotel was a dream come true - the rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated, the service was exceptional, and the location felt like a hidden oasis in the city. However, the nearby village is not the most attractive, and the dining experience, while offering a large choice of food, had some room for improvement.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The rooms were luxurious with a walk-in wardrobe, tastefully appointed, and had every amenity I needed. The service was top-notch, from check-in to the restaurants and bar. The location was incredible, allowing me to enjoy runs in the ponds, woods, and mountains, and it was perfect for my day trip to Machu Picchu. The dining experience was delightful, offering traditional regional homemade products.
